Partners of the Cherokee National Forest has worked with the Tennessee Small Business Development Center to develop a business management plan.
The Strategic Management Team, which consisted of three graduate students from East Tennessee State University’s College of Business and Technology, and a faculty member, helped Partners of the CNF develop a business management plan which focused on marketing, operations, and finance.
The business management plan was presented to Partners in 2013, after the Strategic Management Team completed its research and analysis. This has become part of a continuing process to help Partners most effectively achieve its long-range goals.
